今日同朋友好想食日式野就去左呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅日式料理餐廳餐廳佈置好有日本江戶時代風格而每張枱同位置都好寬闊坐得好舒服,而且仲有吧台可以邊食野邊睇住日式師父製作日式料理同朋友傾計之餘仲可以欣賞壽司師父既刀工而我哋分別叫左兩個午餐主菜:10件壽司定食每件壽司都好新鮮,仲有我最鍾意食既中拖羅,真鯛同深海池魚肉質鮮嫩,完全唔需要掂任何醬汁都已經好鮮甜,而且壽司飯味道調得岩岩好,唔會太重既醋味主菜:蟹黃磯煮鮑魚鮑魚口感彈牙爽口,再加配埋蟹膏及蟹肉一齊食,味道層次更豐富而呢道菜會配埋布烏冬一齊食。烏冬質地跟平時既烏冬好唔同烏冬食落煙煙韌韌,再浸埋鰹魚湯一齊食咸咸甜甜咁好好味啊頭盤: 花膠果凍將花膠同花膠汁整成既果凍口感好清新,而且啖啖既花膠香味出晒黎蟹黃蒸蛋蒸蛋口感好滑,而加埋一啲蟹膏同蟹肉上去,增加蛋香之餘仲有好香既蟹肉味蟹湯將蟹肉炒乾再加水煮成濃湯第一啖已經食到濃濃既蟹味,而且食落仲有咸香味,食完想再食啊
