平時比較少食港式餐廳,今日因為屋企人帶我黎到牛頭角呢間餐廳,陪佢哋試下,估唔到連我呢個平時好少食港式嘢嘅人都覺得好出色,真係要推介俾大家試下。脆皮燒腩仔河粉先講下個脆皮燒腩仔,表皮燒到脆卜卜,甘香。有啲餐廳嘅燒腩仔會有啲鹹,但呢間就無呢個問題,反而炭火味就十足,肥瘦相宜,皮下脂肪唔算多,食落嫩滑兼有油香,豬肉香味亦好出色。至於啲河粉就非常索湯,口感比較霖,連埋湯汁一齊食,味道甘甜。一啖河粉一啖燒腩仔真係好享受啊。玫瑰油雞皇米線佢哋嗰玫瑰油雞皇最驚喜。淨係嗰賣相已經好吸引,表皮有光澤,焦黃嘅色澤恰如其分,令人食指大動,咬落去第一啖已經覺得好嫩滑,雞肉嘅鹹香啱啱好,食多幾件都唔會覺得油膩,令人食到停唔到口。雞油滲入到米線湯入面,令成個米線都好香。如果油雞有埋少少油蔥,應該將成個菜提升多一個層次。

玫瑰油雞皇米線
佢哋嗰玫瑰油雞皇最驚喜。淨係嗰賣相已經好吸引,表皮有光澤,焦黃嘅色澤恰如其分,令人食指大動,咬落去第一啖已經覺得好嫩滑,雞肉嘅鹹香啱啱好,食多幾件都唔會覺得油膩,令人食到停唔到口。雞油滲入到米線湯入面,令成個米線都好香。如果油雞有埋少少油蔥,應該將成個菜提升多一個層次。
