今日同老婆專誠到The One 睇美少女戰士展覽,她又有精品買,真是大豐收,她的童年回憶返曬嚟。買了一對手都攞住曬老婆的戰利品,近近哋就在The One 食晚飯,行到4樓見到有間半開放式裝修的餐廳,The Point 食意大利菜同pizza的,正合我意。一打開餐牌就比個大大龍蝦頭披薩🍕吸引著,所以第一時間落咗單先,因為實在太肚餓了。上枱時真的好開心,個龍蝦披薩的賣相比餐牌的更美,而披薩上放上滿滿的龍蝦肉,而龍蝦頭同龍蝦身加上芝士焗得香香的,當我將龍蝦頭的芝士打開後,發現有驚喜😱😱😱原來龍蝦頭及龍蝦身裏面,釀有大量的蝦肉,而蝦肉用上龍蝦汁煮過的,非常美味,而披薩上有番茄、翡翠苗、水牛芝士同滿滿龍蝦肉,餅底口感適中,邊位香脆,呢個確是必食之選。另選了紅酒燴和牛勒肉配蜆殼粉,一上枱已傳來濃濃的牛醬汁味,蜆殻粉大大粒,軟硬適中,每粒蜆殻粉都掛上紅酒牛肉汁,未食牛勒肉已覺得好好味,再將和牛勒肉放入咀裏細味,好軟好淋,大滿足。再選了木烤三文魚配黑松露忌廉汁,三文魚皮烤得脆脆的,而魚肉外脆內軟,切開時仍能保留肉汁,好juicy, 配上黑松露忌廉汁非常配合,因為黑松露加上忌廉會滑溜很多,淋在充滿魚油脂

最後當然是甜品,選了Brownie in a pan,用上燒熱了的鑄鐵鍋,在底部放了新鮮的香蕉片,烤得香甜脆邊,上面放上烤脆的合桃,非常配合,中央放上主角Brownie,朱古力味濃,外皮微脆內裏香軟,上面再加上雲呢拿雪糕,世上極品,呢個係Encore之選。
