最近在銅鑼灣發現新開的日式磯燒水產, 仍在試業中在香港很難得找到一間和日本的食材和風格都相似的磯燒, 所以和朋友一見到就立刻來試試.店內不算太大, 但環境很舒適很有日式風格餐牌有組合有散叫我和朋友都是選擇困難症的人所以點了"磯野剌身盛合五款"及"磯野海鮮盛合 - 特撰"再由廚師建議煮法.先來個前菜是沙癲魚及多春魚混合而成的醬.用火爐燒住保溫再配上野菜條, 很開胃.再叫了一碟滑子菇蟹肉沙律沙律上面有數大條真的蟹肉, 很鮮甜, 配上很特別的汁,未吃過這一款的沙律, 不錯!磯野剌身盛合五款 -有吞拿魚腩, 赤蝦, 帶子, 油甘魚, 三文魚.每一款都很新鮮很肥美磯野海鮮盛合 - 特撰, 有龍蝦, 蟹, 帶子x2, 鮑魚x2, 赤蝦x2, 文蛤蜆x2其實可以自選煮法, 我們當然聽由專業廚師建議煮法吧.有刺身, 蒸. 汁煮. 炸. 鹽燒. 煮粥六款煮法, 除了煮粥要額外加$100, 其餘都不用.先來文蛤蜆酒蒸, 用沙漏來計時時間果然剛剛好, 酒味濃郁, 但又沒有蓋過海鮮的鮮味龍蝦身做了刺身, 粒粒肉, 很爽口鮮甜龍蝦頭就用炸, 不會太油, 很香脆, 配酒一流赤蝦做天婦羅, 平常吃的都很多麵粉很油很

職員介紹這幾款都很適合女士飲的, 很清香, 不是烈酒, 易入口.

這裡價錢中上, 但所有食材都很新鮮很高質素, 職員很有禮貌, 服務很好.
很細心詳細講解每一樣食物給我們. 值得再來啊!
