今日黎到灣仔依間樓上嘅酒吧餐廳,餐廳位於30樓,望出去就係跑馬地馬場,個景好正,而且岩時間嘅話仲有band show可以睇我地仲左幾樣野食1. 經典蟹肉龍蝦湯:湯底味道濃郁,而且入口質感濃厚。龍蝦湯同蟹肉嘅味道好夾,非常好飲2. 泰式蟹餅:佢嘅外皮炸得酥脆金黃,一口咬落去,蟹肉非常豐富。蟹肉鮮甜多汁,配上泰式香料同調味,味道更加豐富。佢嘅口感酥脆彈牙,食落去真係好過癮!加上佢個泰式辣汁,好鬼野味3. 泰式金不換炒蠔:d蠔夠晒大隻,而且新鮮,加上泰式醬汁去炒,味道恰到好處,又保持咗蠔嘅鮮味同肉質。蠔肉爽滑多汁,配上泰式醬汁嘅酸辣味道,食完好開胃4. 香辣蜆意粉配白酒汁:意粉煮得彈牙,蜆肉又大又鮮甜。佢嘅白酒汁帶有微微嘅辣味同香氣,令味道更加豐富,食完好有滿足感5. 慢煮西班牙豬架配蘋果醬:豬架經過慢煮,肉質嫩滑多汁,而且又冇咩多餘脂肪。佢嘅肉汁都係完美保留,最後更會燒一燒佢,令肉質帶有燒烤嘅味道,配上蘋果醬,醬嘅酸甜同豬肉嘅風味完美結合,味道更加豐富,正呀整體黎講,餐廳食物質素非常高,而且環境舒服有情調,好岩拍拖或三五知己一齊聚餐
