同朋友晚飯聚會,我哋揀咗百年古蹟嘅大館入面一間日本🇯🇵餐廳嘩….餐廳好靚呀(成晚我講咗超過十次🤣)原來係倫敦首屈一指的日式餐館aqua kyoto於Statement開設限定店,主打全新創意日式佳餚🤩裝潢帶有和風又有格調,服務親切周到,食物相當高質,價錢又唔算貴喎。我哋都點咗店員推介嘅🥰Cured Red Snapper ($128)紅鯛魚🐟嘅肉好嫩滑,包住香葱、青瓜等,再以以醃咗嘅蘿蔔做底。 上面放咗黑松露及食用花,配上酸酸地柚子醬,味道甚有層次,賣相亦吸引Wagyu Beef Gyoza($118)餃子🥟用和牛做饀,上面放咗魚籽。食落餃子皮剛好,唔太厚,和牛肉香濃又軟滑,配以番茄🍅和納西梨醬。Unagi & slow-cooked foie gras ($148)鰻魚烹製入味,鮮美嬌嫩,伴以香濃甜美嘅醬汁及foie gras , 好滿足😌Tiger Prawn Tempura ($158)金黃色天婦羅🍤蝦炸得香脆,麵粉比例剛好,蝦肉非常爽脆鮮甜。Charcoal grilled US beef rib eye($248)Rib eye 係放係熱石♨️上,可以保持溫度。牛扒啱啱五成熟,
