食晏時間行左去西環,隨意簡左哩間食扒嘅餐廳試下。當時舖内已經冇位,諗住走嘅時候,職員話隔離嘅肉舖都係佢哋嘅,於是就安排我哋坐响肉舖出面個bench 度坐。對住條街食,感覺幾得意。Set lunch 包side dish,main 同野飲。我哋分別order左佢個rib eye同Sirloin。佢哋啲肉都係即時响佢哋個肉檔切出黎,唔知係指定動作定係職員順路行過俾我哋過目一下啲生扒,再拎去煮。先嚟side dish 炸甜薯, 佢哋炸得好好食,甜薯外層炸得好乾身,但入邊仲好濕潤,而且蕃薯非常甜,食到停唔倒口。 牛排一上已經香氣撲鼻,分量好足,食落牛味非常濃郁,雖然我哋order medium rare 而佢係有啲overcooked,但係肉質依然好腍,要挑剔嘅只係有啲筋。我哋覺得SIRLOIN係好食過RIB EYE。
