To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燴牛肉汁+和牛漢堡蛋包飯 $106燴牛肉好食到洋蔥甜味，量都唔少，因為係薄片牛肉，所以食落比較少咬嘅口感，但食落都有肉汁，因為洋蔥嘅甜味，所以配肉好唔錯。和牛漢堡嘅醬汁比較濃，更適合配飯，手製和牛漢堡好厚身，但入面唔算老，肉汁豐富，但胡椒咪略重左些少，但可以接受。蛋包飯通常係配蕃茄雞肉炒飯，但呢個係白飯。我覺得比較好，因為醬汁濃郁，所以用白飯比較適合，飯粒珍珠米唔錯，上面嘅炒蛋都算嫩滑，雖然唔平，但感受到醬汁製作雖要功夫，價錢算合理。
