To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概兩年前食過一次，覺得佢個蛋包飯係小店黎講算好高質，隻蛋好香牛油味又滑🍳今次無意中經過再食既時候覺得隻蛋無以前咁好食，有少少失望。本來想試佢既手打和牛漢堡飯，但都已經賣哂。醬汁方面佢有蕃茄、忌廉、咖哩同燴牛肉汁個人覺得蕃茄>咖喱>燴牛肉汁(無試忌廉) 燴牛肉汁好重紅酒味，如果鐘意酒味重既會推薦去試👍🏻
