越嚟越多創業朋友進駐新蒲崗,今日就與其中一個創業朋友聚聚,以keep住多吃蛋白質嘅原則,就簡簡單單轆入這間烤魚雞煲馳名嘅「醉標」,睇吓我哋會唔會飲飽食醉,創意標晒出嚟啦!烤魚vs雞煲我哋都想食酸野,開胃啲,店員禮貌地介紹,魚湯用雞骨熬製所以奶白色,份外香甜,我哋就揀咗「白湯酸菜魚」白湯酸菜魚我哋叫最小辣再加豬紅、薯仔、薯粉。辣椒仔幾多,但都唔係好辣喎!食魚前有飲吓湯先,係甜的,阿姐無介紹錯魚質好滑,一啲都唔鞋;薯粉同豬紅吸晒湯味,所以好香,薯仔就薄片,爽口,有幾啖認錯咗,原來係薑片😜串燒見隔離枱點咗好多串燒,我哋口痕想食,就點了茄子、金菇肥牛、燒雞泡魚乾原條燒茄子燒得好惹味,讚👍🏻金菇肥牛卷小小地食下頂癮都ok燒雞泡魚乾少少硬,配啤酒應該唔錯!飲品左:自家製酸梅湯比想像中甜,甜過初戀,姐姐不了!右:咸檸七不過不失以街坊小店來說,酸菜魚係好食的!由於天氣太熱,我哋怕熱熔個妝,就揀咗盆上,其實眼見隔離枱食烤爐魚、雞煲,都好有風味,下次可以再試雞煲!Btw埋單係平的,平日有八折,$200頭炸!其實好抵食
