To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時黎上環食麵尊都起碼等半個鐘之後因為佢係黃店要懲罰佢地我試過平日中午黎要等成一個鐘但係早排中環好多人work from home令到有段時間唔使等已經可以堂食．呢度最低消費$38每款餸同埋麵類都係十蚊豐儉由人我最中意就係炆冬菇、蘿白同魷魚炆冬菇用蠔油炆到好入味又好淋冬菇味濃而香清甜無渣既蘿白就係必點既我覺得魷魚爽身份量都好多而且同樣好入味講番車仔麵最重要既野 - 湯底我推薦食得辣既一定要叫佢俾麻辣醬而且一定要咖喱加腩汁．如果你公司係附近又怕等位可以打電話先落單再外賣自取就快好多
