To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個人十分喜歡食麵類食品，特別興奮能於公司附近發現了這個隱世的日本烏冬。這個小店面積不大，食品選擇是介乎於數項肉類及飯/烏冬的選擇，也有數項湯底能選擇。我個人喜歡辣的食物，而小店中也有地獄湯的選項。初次吃的時候被湯底的紅色所驚嚇了，但日本的辣度通常也為香港人能接受的，所以是看起來驚嚇而已。每次吃完也有一種滿足的感覺，而我也十分推薦同事試吃這個餐廳，而這個餐廳也成了我和同事們的日常飯堂，實在為午餐的優良選擇。
