同朋友黎左呢間上樓舖食,佢上次食完覺得呢到抵食之餘啲牛又夠靚。牛肉就寫字仔,呢個價錢就已經有和牛了!豉油吧,芫荽蔥蒜辣椒都好齊。粉麵類有4-5款選擇。其他火鍋料就喺雪櫃入面,有個大兜比我地自己去夾。特別推介牛丸,夠彈牙爽口。湯底要左潮汕牛骨湯,開頭飲左兩啖,好香牛味又唔咸。肉類我地就叫左啲較為特別既。封門柳無乜油花,所以比較煙韌,好濃既牛味。安格斯牛肩胛,油花比較平均勻,口感唔錯。牛板腱肉質就比牛肩胛軟嫩。最好味就係和牛肩小排,油脂比較多令到肉質軟腍,食落有滿滿既油香。
