韓牛一直很出名,來到當然要品嚐一下,這裏的店員會幫你燒埋,完全唔使自己出手,若果對生熟有喜好也可以預先跟店員溝通,烤出你最喜歡的味道。

韓式烤肉又點少得豬肉,點了這個慶州黑毛豬梅肉,慶州黑毛豬出名以放養形式飼養,所以其肉質紮實,肥瘦均勻,而梅頭肉是豬頸骨下的肉,連著肥肉,肉質軟腍,用來燒烤最適合。店員將豬肉邊的肥肉燒得脆邊,而肉質保持軟腍,再醮燒烤醬汁,好味!

🍜雪梨水冷麵
食咗咁多肉,所以特別點了一碗水冷麵來消膩。用上韓國蕎麥麵,麵身彈牙,湯底清爽微酸,又帶點雪梨的清甜,這裏的水冷麵不會太酸太辣,客人可按自己的口味再加入醋及芥末,沁涼的麵條配著青瓜絲蘿蔔絲同吃,非常清爽!
