To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行旺角，經過呢間韓燒同朋友都想食就入左去了，個時7點半左右，唔太多人，反而8點就開始滿座。先唔講味道，服務已經好好，只要服務員得閒就會幫你燒埋，唔想/唔識燒都唔洗驚，當然你亦都可以選擇自己燒想要既熟度。黑毛豬果然名不虛傳，見到賣相已經覺得好吸引，食落覺得肥瘦適中，唔會"韌"，而且可以用生菜夾住食，唔會覺得好油膩，再加埋自己鐘意既醬汁調味，可以有埋甜酸味。A4日本和牛簡直無得頂！賣相100分，油花分佈平均，然後煮到仲有啲粉嫩色，肉質軟嫩，入口即溶，已經諗定下次要食佢個牛拼盤試埋佢其他牛。至於匈牙利鵝肝，覺得份量都算多，呢度既鵝肝比較淋身，但幾香幾滋味，同樣有入口即溶既感覺。另外叫左忌廉溝鮮奶同韓國粒粒提子汁，提子汁入面有一粒粒啫喱咁，幾有口感，甜甜地既。
