第一次食石燒,原來係以1成熟作為基本熟度,放喺熱石上面比客人自己燒,我地點左一塊黑豚肉眼,一塊牛板鍵,加多$30就有鵝肝,梗係要試吓啦😬😬初頭都有啲擔心整得唔好食,又唔知要燒幾耐先熟,好似好難控制咁,但原來只要唔過熟都係好食!相信材料係主要原因,因為肉質好所以幾乎係點燒都好食😋店員建議我哋將黑毛豬燒5成熟最好食,真係搞到我哋好鬼緊張🤦🏻♀️最後都有啲燒得熟咗少少,不過真係好好食嘅豬肉,肉嫩多汁真係好juicy!至於牛板鍵,有筋嘅牛扒,牛味非常出,不過呢個就難控制少少,始終牛肉快熟,所以要快手燒完擺喺碗度👍🏻之後再慢慢食放題包括牛肉湯,飯,沙律,自助形式。推介牛肉湯,牛味好濃郁,飲咗三碗🤣👍🏻白飯都可以加飯素,好好味嫁!沙律都係新鮮撈出黎既,都值得一試舒緩肉膩感👌
