今晚老細慶功請食飯,早放工兼帶我地班細嘅食翅同d特別嘅中菜~老細點菜,食翅前食個勁大粒蟹子鮮蝦燒賣,鮮肉味香菇味彈牙鮮蝦感,觸發味蕾先~然後..翅 - 呢個濃湯雞煲翅個湯真係淆左好耐,超級濃味!而且個翅真係靚,翅身鮮明透亮,口感仲好爽滑~蠔皇扣南非鮑魚伴鵝掌,優雅地用刀叉食,用叉吉落隻鮑魚度已經feel到有幾淋~鮑魚彈牙、鵝掌軟嫩、蠔皇醬汁提鮮,口感好豐富!仲叫左兩款海鮮,頭抽煎老虎蝦經過煎炸後,加埋頭抽好惹味!花雕蛋白蒸馬友係絕對絕對要蛋白同馬友一齊食先完美食到酒香甜魚肉鮮嘅味道~好鬼特別呀未食過!鹹肉台州鹵豆腐煲個豆腐唔係落石膏製成架!係用鹽鹵豆腐,有d煙熏味,又係特別菜式~同事話呢度招牌乳鴿鎖到肉汁所以皮香脆又肉嫩,我非常認同呀~最後每人一碗陳皮紅豆沙、椰香脆麻花、酥皮蛋撻,先知甜品都不簡單,尤其椰香脆麻花個種薄脆感、蛋香中帶點椰香同蜜糖味,酥皮蛋撻嘅蛋香同撻皮都高水準~同事一致like仲有service同環境,乾淨企理招呼周到,一定要老細下次再萬歲!
