今日去左學校探老師同同學仔,好耐無黎過黃埔區,今日黎到原來變左好多好多。原來多左好多新餐廳,商場都大大改變左,裝修靚左環境又大左,行行下黎左一間日本餐廳食飯。餐廳食材由日本來貨,宇治抹茶粉夠哂吸引,又有海藻湯烏冬。我當然一試燒鰻魚飯。鰻魚醬汁另上,純白燒鰻魚質感爽嫩,吃出清清魚香和魚肉口感,可以隨自己喜歡配搭日本豉油、蒲燒汁、鹽和酸甜醬汁,可以有好多唔同味道。飯粒有咬口,另外仲有鎮店海藻烏冬,清甜湯底比我飲哂。餐廳轉左咖啡沙冰配香草雪糕,雪糕大大驚喜,奶味特濃入口非常幼滑。最後有抹茶小卷蛋,茶味清香突出,最後竟然回甘。抹茶忌廉好滑好甘香,卷蛋鬆軟夠哂滿足。回頭機會極高!
