自己其實幾鍾意發掘唔同菜系,早排留意到有間新開嘅黎巴嫩菜,標榜由埃及Sheraton酒店主廚主理,成件事感覺幾正宗,同朋友到訪一試🫶🏻食中東菜一定要食鷹嘴豆蓉 ($88),呢間嘅鷹嘴豆蓉食落好濃厚,有少少芝麻嘅香,質地幼滑,而且加咗檸檬汁,所以唔會好油膩,啱晒送pita bread/nachos🤣Grilled halloumi cheese ($128) 哈羅米芝士外表有少少似煎香咗嘅豆腐,食落去係帶羊奶嘅香,質地都幾挺身,加埋旁邊嘅車厘茄、石榴糖蜜同埋開心果,食落去幾得意🤤Makanek ($138)其實係餐廳自家製嘅香烤羊肉腸,食落去羊肉味香得嚟唔會好羶,而且帶淡淡嘅中東香料味,加埋旁邊嘅ricotta更加邪惡😛呢到仲有黎巴嫩嘅酒🥂侍應推介我哋試吓Domaine des tourelles White 2020 ($98)同Chateau Musar Jeune Red 2020 ($98),覺得飲落比起平時嘅紅白酒果香更豐富,而且如果係餐廳享用羊肉料理嘅話,更加適合搭配紅酒🍷主菜就要咗份Lebanese style chicken roll ($188)其實係餐廳將雞胸肉包住燴

主菜就要咗份Lebanese style chicken roll ($188)其實係餐廳將雞胸肉包住燴飯,入面嘅飯索晒雞肉同醬汁嘅精華,食落去好香,雞胸肉都唔會好乾,面頭嘅雞皮仲煎得好香😆

食完正餐都對中東菜幾滿意,額外再追加咗一份甜品,Rice pudding ($88)食落去口感有少少似芒果糯米飯個種微微軟糯嘅口感,米香同奶香平衡得幾好,加埋面頭有啲肉桂同開心果仁,成個甜品食落去幾得意🤪

總括嚟講,呢間嘅菜式係帶新鮮感得嚟好食,而且環境好舒適,座位闊落好坐,裝修走異國民族風,有時仲會有肚皮舞嘅表演,成個體驗感覺好似黎巴嫩嘅花園享用正宗地道菜式💁🏻‍♀️當日到訪係平日夜晚都全場坐滿,仲有4枱都慶祝緊生日,會有好多侍應超熱情咁唱生日歌,成個氣氛好好😌如果同朋友想試吓異國風情料理,推介大家一試🤑
