疫情中整個鯉魚門一片蕭條,就連我們是當天唯一客人,它仍堅持營業,很難得!我們三個人當晚點了,魚子、活生蠔、魚生、魚頭骨做的魚湯、燒牛扒、 清酒蜆、牛舌爐端燒,全部都很美味,製作認真,擺盤精緻,與我們帶來的那支威士忌及現場點的清酒十分配合。可能是因為當晚只得我們一枱,老闆及老闆娘(?)經常與我們 介紹食材及烹調方法,長了不少知識!小小意見,餐廳用很優雅的竹製及木製家具,但老實說,很難保養及清潔,更何況餐廳有做爐端燒(如燒牛舌)及堂灼菜式(如清酒蜆),所以桌面及椅子不是十分清潔,連無敵大海景的大玻璃也不是十分清晰,有點失分。
