To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎左個燒物,燒地合大蜆,勁厚肉,好鮮甜

嘩!有生蠔食!春天岩蠔,都好大粒肉,海水味比軟重,配酸汁,好爽身,好鮮甜!

再黎就係火灸螢光尤魚配青椒明太子天婦羅
,青椒配明太子既口感好特別,個味道出奇地夾,尤魚入面勁多膏,咬落去有爆汁既感覺,燒左覺得好香口!

燒大拖羅,勁多魚油,如果唔係燒左表面,應該係入口溶哂,燒左多左陣陣燒香味

喜之次壽司 胡椒柚子皮調味,魚味道比較淡, 魚皮有咬口,配鮨文自家既赤醋飯 👍🏻

海膽杯,勁開心呀!滿滿既海膽,仲有一隻甜蝦係頂!好開心呀!
