To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前生日嚟食buffet，好好食，啲野好高質雖然款式唔多，但係性價比高宜家裝修晒，環境唔同咗，不過服務嘅水準依然好高頭盤係食海鮮，有龍蝦、蟹、東風螺啲海鮮不斷refill，食完熱食再食返海鮮都仲得三文魚、魷魚、馬刀貝、螺肉同放題嘅質素唔同，唔會有怪味第三輪已經係食牛扒、花膠同鮑魚重點食咗呢啲先，之後再慢慢encore魚肉係龍躉，我冇記錯上嘅，上次果個應該係聖子，唔係花膠🤣啱我食嘅款式就差唔多啦，新嗰啲都係試吓味buffet食燒味😁花膠好高質，又大大塊👍🏻鮑魚食極仲有，啲花膠都影咗好多次😂😂😂有相為證，真係有好多好多好多😋蝦同青口好少食🤓
