To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我好鍾意食日本菜,一直好想試下比較高質講究嘅日本料理,喺朋友推介下揀咗元朗呢間餐廳嘅Omakase試試。我地一早訂咗枱,準時到達,坐bar 枱,店員向我地簡單介紹餐牌,再送上熱茶熱毛巾。師傅就開始為我地炮製各款別出心裁嘅美食。茶碗蒸白子拖羅佐賀雞肉好嫩滑嘅雞肉,配上甜甜嘅洋蔥同帶酸又清新嘅汁,非常夾,好滋味!赤身中拖羅呢件好特別好有心思,飯上面鋪上兩層中拖羅,上面果層係魚生,鮮甜美味,下面果層係火炙過嘅,油脂重又肥美。好有層次嘅味道同口感。兩款海膽,食第一件時已經覺得好新鮮好正,第二件更驚喜,味道更濃,更甘甜,不得了右口魚邊手卷經火炙後油香肥美,同壽司飯用紫菜包住一齊食,可以平衡番油份,味道更豐富。靜岡密瓜+小蕃茄甜蜜的結尾,連平時唔喜歡食生蕃茄嘅我,都覺得小蕃茄異常清甜,密瓜更加無得彈,非常甜美多汁,建議先食蕃茄後食密瓜。整體感覺非常棒,師傅用心製作,將一道道美食送到面前,逐一介紹,新鮮的材料,岀色的美味,給予我們一次非常難忘的用餐經驗。
