喱間酒店裏面既餐廳環境舒適，裝潢雅致，睇到河畔夜景，侍應都熱情周到，隨時關注客人既需要。前菜有粟米蓮藕，爽口開胃。首先點咗砂鍋珍菌乾燒龍躉球，香濃既醬汁加上菌香，色香味俱全，大大塊龍躉肉，配埋炒香左嘅薑，大蒜，送飯一流。跟住燒乳鴿一隻，燒得恰到好處，皮脆肉厚，肉質保持了原有的嫩滑。乾貝汁珍菌煎焗鮮蝦球，有六粒大蝦球，外煎得香脆淋上咗乾貝汁，口感豐富，而內裏既蝦肉新鮮彈牙，中間放咗炒咗既茹菌。最後蒜片燒汁牛脷粒，牛脷粒炒得十分入味，口感鮮嫩。搭配上蒜片燒汁，味道更加豐富。最係附上甜品芋頭粒西米露
