依間米芝蓮中菜館,晚餐真係日日都滿曬,想食真係要提早訂位。- 勾魂叉招牌菜,必定要食!上枱時,店員會用火槍燒叉燒表面,有少少燶邊效果,個底仲配有脆米。叉燒係半肥瘦,厚切,有咬口,又有肉汁。- 明爐脆皮燒鵝色澤均勻,外皮挺直,賣相一流。食落口,感覺皮脆肉嫩,入口好香,燒得啱啱好。- 一口金磚原本以為係炸豆腐,點知係炸咸蛋黃蘿蔔糕。外皮鬆化,中間係香濃咸蛋黃,同埋鬆軟既蘿蔔糕。- 香濃腐乳炒蝦球配西蘭花蝦球好大粒,爽口彈牙腐乳炒西蘭花,味道都幾特別。- 炸瑤柱絲蛋白炒飯好多炸瑤柱,好香口。炒飯粒粒分明,有瑤柱香氣同蛋香,同埋唔算多油。
