To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳地理位置非常方便，疫情前也多會在此宴請重要客户。疫情鎖關後就比較少了機會👨‍👩‍👦‍👦反而是有空來和家人品嚐一下，今天就正好來個家常便飯。家人幾喜歡食茄子，所以叫一份金沙肉崧脆茄子，鹹蛋黃搭配上肉鬆鹹香，兩重滋味，雖然我唔太好茄子，不過呢個配搭的確幾惹味，很好送飯老火靚湯是粤菜中的靈魂，不少長輩每頓飯都要來上一碗湯被稱為傳承多年的食補養生祕方。今晚選的這款湯是松茸鮑魚燉土雞，功效滋陰養肝，由呈現上已經很吸睛，以小茶壺奉上🫖有如功夫茶一般去品味，幾有驚喜人不多所以叫半份脆皮雞試試，旁邊佈滿了特調的黑蒜醬汁，卻不會蒜味衝天，反而內斂其中，入口時才會爆發鹹香甜味。皮脆肉嫩，雞胸肉都幾嫩滑有湯有肉就有當然還有菜，這才是一頓完美的家常飯，原本看到麵字還有點怕，因為這幾年也和家人盡量戒了晚上吃碳水化合物，幸好職員馬上介紹這是以瓜絲代麵，健康分爆燈☺
