中環好多特色餐廳,今次就嚟到以皇家特工做主題嘅神秘中菜餐廳。有別於一般中菜館傳統嘅裝潢及氣氛,呢間餐廳更混合了西餐廳嘅元素,仲有酒吧同live band嘅area添~可以邊食中菜邊飲cocktail!第一道菜係桂花陳冷鮑魚,擺碟都好精緻,而佢地用上12頭南非鮑加上魚子醬係面,鮑魚處理得剛剛好,側邊再淋上桂花酒醬汁,味道更清香。第二道係湯品—羊肚菌水中花,看似好簡單清淡,但係用左竹笙、蟲草花、冬瓜、韮菜花製成,飲落仲好清甜。另外一道係我最喜愛嘅一道—鳳梨咕嚕西班牙黑豚肉,平時咕嚕肉可能用普查排骨或豬肉,但佢地選用西班牙黑豚肉,肉質好juicy!係一洗我舊有對咕嚕肉嘅觀感。朋友唔夠喉點左半隻脆皮炸雞,皮脆肉嫩好吸引!旁邊嘅檸檬汁同淮鹽可以提味~唔少得食碟菜—上湯浸時蔬,高湯做底再伴以瑤柱絲同蒜粒。再來一客黑松露翡翠炒飯,羽衣甘藍汁令炒飯變得碧綠,再加埋甘筍粒、西芹粒、蔥花同蛋炒呢個飯,口感更豐富。最後嘅甜品黃金脆奶卷係我最愛。薄薄嘅外層十分酥脆,內裡嘅鮮奶甜度剛剛好,可惜只有兩件,確係令我意猶未盡,正好成為下次再光顧嘅理由。
