To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日終於出糧！糧尾挨得甘辛苦，出糧當然係食餐好既慰勞下自己！中午就選揀左黎fashion walk 既千両慶祝一下！依間千両裝修好靚，好有和風日本特色！餐牌都幾新淨應該岩岩轉左無耐，lunch set 都有唔少選擇，每款都係100~170蚊，價錢黎講算係正常。叫左個牛肉鳥冬配四色壽司，個餐亦包括有炸可樂餅，炸蝦，沙律，麵豉湯，好豐富！炸物外層炸得酥脆而內里好軟，炸蝦仲有少少彈牙！牛肉鳥冬份量唔大但牛肉好靚，食得出質素唔錯，鳥冬彈牙，火候掌控都幾好。四色壽司最好食係帶子，大大粒夠曬鮮甜夠曬份量！整體黎講午餐要150蚊係有少少貴，但考慮到個份量，個配搭，味道，依個價錢絕對唔係貴。可以再吃👍
