To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最喜歡這間譚仔雲南米線分店 坐得舒服，裝修光猛乾淨，姐姐服務到位，最重要的是，這裏的食品比其他分店高質。二人點了魚腐麻辣二小辣，墨丸麻辣十小辣，另外點了麻辣生腸和麻辣豬耳小吃。姐姐在下單後主動覆單，知道我們沒有點飲料，亦上前詢問要否一杯清水，十分殷勤有禮 米線一如以往的好吃，湯底辣度亦足。重點是這裡的墨丸極為高質，丸內的墨魚肉多而彈牙，味道亦沒有粉味，是云云譚仔分店中最高質，一碗共有5粒，十分滿足。小吃方面，生腸是新上場的小食，當然支持。生腸是凍食的，辣味比其他小食強，但腸味還有怪味，可能是清洗過程中不潔。豬耳切成薄片，十分爽脆，令人回味無窮。
