Restaurant: Tsui Wah Restaurant (TKO Gateway)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係假日午餐,又係周圍都要等位,本身想食大碟又飽肚嘅碟頭飯,就決定食翠華。2點來到都有十幾人喺門口排緊隊,但見職員們執檯都好快,等左唔係好耐就有得食。叫左最愛的咖哩牛腩飯!翠華的咖哩牛腩飯真係無得輸,咖哩汁香濃帶小小辣,牛腩炆得又淋,而且都唔少,正到一個點呀!老公點左我另一個至愛,鐵板黑椒牛柳絲意粉,意粉到嘅時候仲係「炸炸」聲架!份量仲好多添!牛柳絲唔會炒得太老所以一啲都唔韌,配埋啲青紅椒絲同芽菜真係好香好惹味仲有不得不嗌翠華的涷奶茶,質感香滑茶味濃!!!不過略嫌多冰左少少。

叫左最愛的咖哩牛腩飯!翠華的咖哩牛腩飯真係無得輸,咖哩汁香濃帶小小辣,牛腩炆得又淋,而且都唔少,正到一個點呀!

仲有不得不嗌翠華的涷奶茶,質感香滑茶味濃!!!
不過略嫌多冰左少少。
