Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日在灣仔合和中心同客戶開完會,順便約老婆去一遊食晚飯,撐下枱腳。餐廳出品口碑好,款式多,懷舊日本風格,座位寬敞舒適,我們點了豚肉豆腐火鍋、胡麻火炙三文魚壽司,另外點咗蟹肉忌廉、香煎餃子、免治雞肉+翠玉瓜串燒同兩杯梳打。胡麻火炙三文魚壽司,三文魚腩火炙過,面層有木魚薄片,配芝麻醬添加麻香,層次豐富。豚肉豆腐火鍋大大鍋,材料豐富熱騰騰。蟹肉忌廉用芝士同蟹肉炸成蟹球,蘸黑醋食可解膩。煎餃子皮薄脆,雞肉串燒香口有肉汁,翠玉瓜串燒清甜。整體食物水準也很高,埋單$900有找,老婆十分滿意🙆‍♂️
