感恩節~同男朋友黎左呢間好高質既餐廳食川菜😊呢間蜀客位於K11 Musea ,裝修高貴,燈光柔和,而座位相當闊落,坐得非常舒服。餐具也十分精美。首先一上枱就有一碟前菜,比大家開開胃。⭐️鮮椒海鮮匯呢道係經典的成都涼菜,由鮮椒雞演變而成。而家用左川菜同粵菜方式混合烹調,以由二十種新鮮香辣蔬菜調制而成的成都傳統醬汁,加入粵菜最俱代表嘅海鮮,主要有黎自南澳爽滑嘅帶子、緬甸白蝦和迷你八爪魚。再配埋醋、醬油、辣椒同韮菜,完全帶出海鮮嘅鮮味,同時溢出微微辣味,既清新又有豐富口感。非常滿足。⭐️宮保蝦球蝦球選用緬甸香蝦,肉質爽脆鮮甜,還非常大隻!配上石柱紅辣椒乾、茂玟紅花椒呢等特色配料,令到蝦球更加有光澤仲增加個椒香味,食落酸酸辣辣,又開胃又爽脆肉滑。裏頭仲有腰果添😋⭐️蒜泥白肉賣相好精美,用白肉卷住啲蔬菜,另外有埋涼麵配搭辣醬,肉質嫩滑配合清脆嘅蔬菜,口感清爽~⭐️紅燒皇子鴿隻鴿燒得火喉剛好,皮脆肉嫩,配埋香辣配料,好正!⭐️乾鍋手撕包菜蔬菜方面叫左個乾鍋手撕包菜。幾特別!啲菜新鮮嫩滑、配上肉片和少少辣椒,食落有啲微辣而又幾清新,咬感都好爽脆。⭐️辣炒花甲又係一道川粵混合菜式,花甲當然係海鮮必選之一。份量好足
