To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋嗌咗炭燒美國黑安格斯西冷扒（10安士）（$298）同埋特色小食拼盤（$208）咁首先講咗我最期待嘅西冷扒先啦（我哋就嗌咗Medium嘅🤔🤔）我自己就覺得幾啱啱好冇Overcook食落去都幾有咬口☺️☺️配合埋佢嗰個Sauce真心幾Match同埋幾Juicy除此之外揀咗呢個主菜會配一個Side Dish，我哋就嗌咗要脆炸薯條（$68）🍟 🍟呢個薯條食落去幾新鮮滾熱辣亦都真係好脆口🔥🔥（而且係粗薯條）之後就講吓嗰個特色小食拼盤啦（包括咗秘製醬燒豬肋排、脆炸洋蔥圈，水牛城雞翼、和牛肉丸同埋酥皮香腸卷）燒豬肋排同埋水牛城雞翼食落去都好入味（前者我自己就覺得比較難甩骨🤔🤔）之後嘅和牛肉丸食落去幾Juicy而酥皮香腸卷就令我留低一個深刻嘅印象🤩🤩因為好少見到坊間有呢個Combination ‼️‼️嗰個口感食落去都幾特別最後就講埋我揀嘅嗰杯嘢飲啦我嗌咗Ampllifier’s Love Season（$78）聞落去同飲落去都有好濃郁薄荷香味🧐🧐配合埋荔枝就更加Fresh
