To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與同事第二次光顧了 兩次都被質素驚艷到！今次叫了午餐之一的炸豬手 連餐湯及餐飲。份量非常足夠 豬手會先切好才上桌。豬皮炸得甘香又脆卜卜 皮下的油脂炸完後感覺沒那麼膩 最下層的肉酥脆香口 超有層次感！沾點芥末醬味道更豐富。其實豬皮的份量頗大 我也抱着珍惜生命的心態 吃剩了好幾塊 😂這碟菜沒有碳水化合物 伴碟有一點沙拉菜 適合低碳飲食的人。同事一個點了牛仔骨 另一個點牛排 全都對食物讚不絕口。雖然點牛排的是男生 但都吃不完 分量可想而知多麼足夠。
