呢間拉麵店其實我一路都好鍾意食嘅,前晚同朋友食飯,嚟到灣仔唔知食咩好,我就帶埋佢一齊嚟食呢間拉麵啦。海蝦味增沾麵$88呢個就係我鍾意食呢間拉麵店嘅原因啦,我每次都係叫呢款嘅。因為佢嘅蝦味真係好濃,入面又有好多櫻花蝦,蝦味正到我次次都忍唔住飲埋啲湯。另一個我好鍾意呢間餐廳嘅地方係,佢本身碗沾麵會有筍、半熟蛋、紫菜同埋叉燒,如果有是但一樣唔食嘅話,可以選擇轉做其他材料,我就次次都會將筍轉走嘅,有時就轉做半熟蛋,會多半隻蛋,不過今次我就揀轉做叉燒啦。同埋特別一提嘅係,呢度嘅叉燒比較特別,佢係真空低溫烹煮,啲叉燒食落特別嫩滑,但又唔會好肥,好似冇乜點喺其他地方食到過呢種叉燒,好特別但好好食。食沾麵又點可以唔提佢個麵呢,佢個麵係比較粗身嘅麵,麵質彈牙,亦都非常掛湯。我揀咗凍嘅,咁個口感就再正啲啦。濃厚蟹蝦豚骨拉麵$88呢個係朋友食嘅,醬汁方面佢揀左少量,但佢都話好好味,佢好鍾意食。佢就冇走筍,所以啲叉燒就冇我咁多,但佢話啲筍好好食。每次食沾麵,我都係諗起呢間,可能永遠都唔會食厭。
