銅鑼灣嘅九鬼,最近在西環開咗分店,裝潢日式風格,燈光暗暗好有氣氛,仲有戶外座位,位置又方便,大推。◇ 鯛魚刺身薄切居酒屋有刺身,比一般居酒屋優勝,這碟鯛魚刺身,肉質鮮甜,佐以柚子醬汁,令甜味更豐富,如果厚切多少少,口感會更棒◇ 火炙左口魚邊壽司左口魚油份比較豐富,肉質肥美爽口,火炙過香口之外,亦可減少油膩感◇ 雞皮餃子用雞皮嚟做餃子皮,好有創意又好啱,煎過嘅雞皮比普通麵粉皮更香口,實在太好味,已經有三件但都係厭少◇ 鹽燒雞翼每次食串燒總會叫雞翼,因為冇食雞翼好似少咗啲嘢,雞肉嫩滑,雞皮微燶,鹹度剛好◇ 雞軟骨串 食雞軟骨當然喜歡它的脆脆口感,這串配搭雞肉,有咬口之餘又有嫩滑雞肉◇ 汁燒雞肝表面睇有啲難估係乜,不過第一口就知,都係串燒常客雞肝,它偏大件,好有份量,味道較濃好入味◇ 燒飯團 - 明太子飯團表面燒過,令飯似飯焦,脆脆地韌韌地,口感豐富啲,內層有明太子,令淡淡白飯提升味道◇ 紅豆厥餅煙煙韌韌厥餅,加上香濃黑糖,配上黃豆粉,當然仲有另一主角紅豆,不同甜味混合,完美甜品
