好多香港人同日本人一樣,放咗工唔係去食拉麵,就係去居酒屋銅鑼灣呢間好正嘅居酒屋,開到去西環,氛圍較閑靜,亦好有feel第一炮當然食刺身壽司盛開一開胃門先,呢個組合有齊時令魚生鯛魚切經柚子調味更清新,燒鰹魚切外皮勁脆,魚肉煙燻味超香濃拖羅壽司油香豐腴,齒罅留香鯛魚壽司非常爽身,就似清晨嘅大海咁清爽。鰤魚壽司口感豐郁,啖啖都有陣鮮香仲有甜蝦小卷,仍然食到綿綿蝦肉跟住就食串燒喇,黑豚腩肉質厚實,肥瘦梅花間竹,層次分明雞軟骨同出面食好唔同,骨肉亦係梅花間竹,爽口又香口用雞肉棒打勻醬油蛋漿,然後撈雞肉咁一齊食,雞肉棒又爽又香,肉感骨感俱全羊架燒到好似西冷咁靚,一定要連埋肥肉一齊食,會食到好似和牛咁綿嘅感覺蔬菜串燒同樣好出色,燒萵筍唔係度度有,可以燒到扣得住水分,又keep到爽潤,太堅喇翠玉瓜配木魚碎咁食,增添魚鮮香,為爽脆瓜肉帶嚟新境界

🔥即叫即烤嘅串燒同烤物香到噴噴,好惹味!每一款都非常juicy,我私心最鍾意嘅係白鱔同埋牛舌。

-白鱔本身極為肥美 ,輕輕調味就帶出咗鱔肉的鮮味,魚肉厚身魚油又豐富,真係不得了!
-牛舌肉質軟嫩多汁 , 還有牛油的香氣在嘴裡綻放,口感一流!配上胡椒柚子層次味道更豐富,很推薦!

呢間居酒屋俾我最大的感受就係不單只食物質素高,服務都超級熱情,氣氛亦好好!如果大家有興趣一定要去試下啦!
