To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 向來都好中意食日本料理所以每次都好中意周圍去搵好食既日本餐廳知道呢間餐廳都幾出名,而且每晚都會大排長龍所以決定早啲book位黎試下。呢度既店員服務都唔錯,主動向你推介好食既食物最出名既一定係鐵板燒,可以自選配料,然後就由師傅係另一邊鐵板度即整再上碟所以未食就已經聞到非常香噴噴至於味道方面,我地就要左大蝦同豚肉配料食落口仲可以食到新鮮又彈牙既鮮蝦,加埋大阪燒汁,無得頂!另外亦都叫左吉列豬扒,煎餃子同埋炒烏冬全部味道都拍得住係日本食到個啲非常用心製作的日本餐廳
