🥢花樂燒賣甲羅燒,相信係此店signature ,擺盤精緻高檔,打卡影相必須😆,燒賣以豆腐紙包裹著魚蓉,非常鮮味。之後店員會代勞製作甲羅燒,將蟹膏、蟹籽、蟹肉、海膽、鵪鶉蛋黃混和,味道咸咸香香、鮮味十足,將法式麵包加上已製作好嘅蟹膏醬,嘩😆 味道豐厚,法式麵包將整齊味道作平衡,而且更加上脆脆口感👍🏻。伴碟嘅新鮮沙律菜有洗擦味蕾,refresh口腔作用。

🍣黑松露吞拿魚腩蓉芝士壽司,飯底預先調好味道,大細適中 一口一件,入口首先黑松露味道衝左出黎,整個口腔充滿松露香氣,慢慢芝士味道開始爆發,奶香漸漸浸出,混合埋甘香嘅吞拿魚腩蓉鮮味,突然味道變得非常複雜😆。
