To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳點餐是以快餐的形式，點餐後坐下，就會有侍應送餐，還不需要付加一，感覺很抵吃～鹹蛋黃雞翼～超多鹹蛋黃，啖啖鹹蛋黃蓉，很有鹹香味，跟雞翼很夾～文華海南雞飯～海南雞絕對是此店必吃的主打，雞肉嫩滑有水份感，帶著濃濃的鮮雞味，套餐的油飯及雞湯也很不錯，湯內還有一件滑豆腐～星洲海鮮炒貴刁～內裡有蠟腸、菜、魷魚及大蝦，材料豐富，味道有別於香港茶餐廳吃到的炒貴刁，不辣帶甜的，還多了份蝦醬的鹹香味～雲呢拿雪糕～很香滑，雲尼拿味濃郁，雪糕鬆軟，不會硬硬的，好吃～美祿恐龍～朱古力味香濃，有3重口感，朱古力奶，朱古力粉及朱古力波波，絕對是朱古力迷的大愛～
