星期六過嚟銅鑼灣驗眼,之後喺附近嘅呢一間福建菜餐廳食lunch。裝修摩登,座位寬闊,用餐環境幾好。.一坐低就送上醃黃瓜同埋菊花茶,菊花茶好香好清,個人好中意。.佢哋做緊蟶子節,$219可以叫兩款蟶子菜式,幾抵完。老酒賢海蟶酒香味十足,海蟶肉質鮮美,兩者搭配起黎好夾,而且隻隻大又無沙。紅菇鮮蟶湯湯頭清鮮味醇,蟶肉同樣好嫩口,呢個就行滋潤清香路線,一樣都好食,不過要我二揀一,個人更加鍾意前者。.福建海蠣煎,煎得金黃酥脆,色澤橙黃,好靚,海蠣內裡軟嫩多汁,搭配上大量韭菜,好香口。興化炒米粉炒得乾爽唔油膩,配料種類多,令到成件事好豐富。.莆田扁肉湯一口一粒,皮帶有點彈牙,肉則香嫩香嫩的,加上少少芫荽蔥花湯,不錯。福州風味紅糟雞就係由細媽咪就成日整嘅一道福州菜,雞肉肉質軟嫩,夠入味,醬汁恰到好處。味道好正宗。
