To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般都會覺得酒樓或者大排檔嘅炒飯先夠鑊氣但係試過呢間炒飯專門店就知道凡事都有例外嘅🤭餐廳叫金飯館金飯嘅意思就係一粒又一粒比蛋汁包圍着嘅炒飯不過除咗炒飯之外都有其他飯嘅選擇好似經典有汁飯同泡飯不過一場嚟到我就梗係試吓炒飯啦🤪即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯一定要叫嘅就梗係呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜每張枱上面嘅隔板都印着嘅呢碟菜式🙊 上枱嘅時候見到豬扒鋪滿炒飯嘅上面仲有好多椒鹽同辣椒睇見都覺得好惹味食落椒鹽同炒飯味道好夾不過豬扒就比較失望雖然豬扒肉質唔會好韌但係餐廳話係即叫即炸炸皮都卻比較腍🥲 唔算好有驚喜嘅椒鹽豬扒招牌蝦頭油炒飯呢碟嘅香味一上枱就聞到飯面除咗有蝦仁之外仲見到有大量嘅櫻花蝦🤤 仲有其他嘅海鮮配料好似蠔仔同魚肉炒飯固然炒得好不過加埋蝦頭油嘅香氣同櫻花蝦嘅口感成個炒飯好有層次令人念念不忘🦐奶茶加多$6可以有熱飲不過呢間係炒飯專門店所以奶茶就唔特別介紹啦正常味道☕️以炒飯來講價錢有少少偏貴但係的確交出水準如果下次想食炒飯一定會諗起呢間餐廳🍴
