To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人飲茶，見到美中鴨子，諗住食下片皮鴨都好喎，就即刻轉場過黎坐底一坐底就落左半隻鴨先，再叫左幾樣點心，片皮鴨好快就上檯，賣相非常吸引，配有甜醬，京蔥及青瓜條，即刻一人一塊麵皮包黎食，但係麵皮一食竟然凍冰冰，我地即時同店員反映，店員二話不說就換左一籠新既俾我地係熱辣辣有煙上檯，服務都算周到片皮鴨片薄香脆，唔算油膩，連埋配料一齊食真係very good食到最後麵皮既份量都剛剛好夠包，相比其他片皮鴨餐廳唔夠可能仲要加錢，呢度真係唔錯跟住食點心，呢個鍋貼真係超好味，皮薄而脆，湯汁飽滿，一不小心湯汁仲噴左出黎真係食完一隻接一隻，非常美味蝦餃，一盅四件，其中一隻用紅菜頭汁做餃皮，其實食落分別不大，不過紅菜頭汁蝦餃就只有一個人吃到，可能係特式？又或者餐廳想試試水溫，蝦餃內餡都算足料，蝦肉爽口彈牙燒賣，又係有一隻綠色，但呢個冇問到係用咩做，同樣食落分別不大，燒賣同樣好香濃，餡料足，唔算鹹，味道不錯叉燒腸，呢樣係我唯一叫左冇食到，因為入面有大量莞茜🫠，不過屋企人都食得津津有味，腸粉皮都算薄，一望就見到莞茜😂相信味道應該都唔差鳳爪，呢個都係飲茶必食啦，醬汁好濃郁，鳳爪又夠腍，雖然有骨但都好容易食得
