每年生日都會搵一啲近期最想食嘅餐廳去試,今年被選中嘅細路就係呢一間日本菜。作為一餐生日飯,當然要叫個最貴嘅餐黎慶祝一下~晚餐分為三大類,分別係柳、碧、臙,價錢亦都相對唔同,當然個分別就係食材嘅珍貴到啦。今次叫咗一個柳同一個臙share食,前菜係一樣既。前菜有幾樣野,當中最鍾意嘅係三文魚子茶碗蒸同埋胡麻豆腐,炸雞同個青瓜醬都好夾而且非常新鮮嘅配搭,初頭諗住會唔夾,但係最後竟然覺得佢好好食想食都夠。其實我唔食青瓜嘅,但係日本直送嘅青瓜同香港嗰啲街市青瓜個味真係非常唔同,日本青瓜冇嗰種青草味,好易入口,所以我都係食到嘅。柳嗰個餐有一個青瓜鰻魚醋嘅前菜,底部嗰啲啫喱係醋嚟嘅,要撈埋一齊食,真係好鍾意食一種日本醋嘅味道,撈埋一齊之後成件事唔會好油膩而且好開胃,食嚟到呢個蓮藕羊羹,超級鍾意食呢個樣更,因為係膏狀嘅物體入邊有一粒粒蓮藕嘅質感,加上佢個高湯茨汁,食落真係好Flash而且又可以飽肚,相信減肥嘅朋友應該好愛呢一個菜。前菜完之後就係重頭:和黃牛海膽壽司了!和牛海膽壽司係屬於最貴嗰個餐入邊嘅,薄切嘅黃牛一見到啲雪花都已經流晒口水,師傅係你面前用火槍燒一燒佢然之後你包住海膽同飯一齊食,入口即溶嘅

嚟到主菜燒魚同越光米,其實食完上面咁多嘢都已經飽左,但係燒新鮮嘅魚係日本菜入面嘅精髓之一,特別係三文同銀鱈魚,魚嘅鮮味好香,店員建議我哋唔好點蛋黃醬食先可以食到個鮮味,我同意嘅,所以即使好飽都清晒所有嘅魚類,非常滿足。

食完咁大堆嘢仲有甜品啊!柳嘅係蕨餅, 臙嘅係一個甜品拼盤,有銅鑼燒、荔枝羊羹、芒果奶凍、綠茶蛋糕仔、蕨餅,由於所有嘢都比較甜所以奉上一杯抹茶,梅花間竹咁樣食同飲的確可以消除一啲甜味,而且甜品做得非常出色,特別欣賞個抹茶蛋糕仔同蕨餅,係日本嘅味道啊!
