To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期中午時間黎到大角咀食好野, 雖然當日掛住3號風球兼落大雨,但門口都有大約10人排隊, 好彩都係等左大約20分鐘就已經可以入座月見海老蚵仔魯肉飯非常足料, d餸多到就算叫左多飯都仍然夠送哂成碗飯, 細食既話可能兩個人食一碗飯已經夠飽😂蚵仔好新鮮完全冇腥味, 蝦又大隻又彈牙, 唔怪之得食過既人都讚不絕口👍🏻魯肉乾拌面配煎蛋, 拌面用左粗身既刀削面, 口感煙韌有咬口. 煎蛋煎得啱啱好, 完美既半熟蛋🤤不過兩者比較既話, 魯肉唔係好掛面, 所以配飯就好食啲肉鬆蛋餅不過不失, 下次再去既話會想試佢其他小食, 見到隔離檯既台灣腸同鹽酥雞賣相都好吸引😆
