同朋友去北角買嘢,經過港運城,見到有間日式拉麵店三代目,朋友話不如入去試吓,餐廳裝修好有和式風情,提供多款日本特色料理。豚肩叉燒拉麵,麵條及湯底均是即日新鮮製造,豬骨湯底熬製超過10小時,湯頭濃郁豐厚腴惹味。麵條相當有咬口。豚肩肉質軟嫩,肉味濃郁• 油花分佈均勻,入口即溶而且不油膩。紫蘇燒豚梅肉拉麵採用肥瘦筋分佈平均的梅肉,再經炙燒釋出油香,食落更加香口,不會過分油膩。因為拉麵加入咗紫蘇,非常清新,可以中和返個油膩感。鰻魚雙霸雙霸白鱔和蒲燒鰻,一次過可以食到兩款口味。白鱔厚肉,食得出有炭燒香味,至於蒲燒個醬汁好惹味,肉質更加嫩滑。海之天婦羅蝦、鯛魚、黑松露帶子、墨魚、紫蘇葉。天婦羅炸得香脆唔會油膩,最特別係黑松露帶子,喺外脆內嫩嘅帶子中間釀咗香濃嘅黑松露醬,味道層次進一步提升。蘋果焙茶,茶味濃郁略帶淡淡蘋果香。白桃梳打帶有天然桃味和香氣。
