To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Three on Canton尖沙咀廣東道13號海港城港威酒店3樓今日放假專登同屋企人出黎尖沙咀食lunch buffet, 今次我地揀左港威酒店既Three on canton西餐廳，估唔到平日都幾full wo, 起碼都有8成入座率，而入座既時候，職員已經準備定口罩套比我地好細心，仲提醒出去囉食物一定要帶口罩，抵讚而且檯與檯之間有足夠既距離，所以大家都食得好放心我地被安排左坐係窗邊，好光猛望住成條廣東道食buffet, 好爽呀，哈哈大家最關心既當然係有咩海鮮啦，今日見到都有成5款，包括有鱈場蟹腳，蟹鉗，青口，藍青口同埋凍蝦，以lunch buffet黎講算有交代啦，自己最鐘意就係鱈場蟹腳，好新鮮肉質好結實，而且有少少海水味，好正我應該食左拾幾條而熟食區既選擇都好多，自己最鐘意食既燒牛扒都有，仲有炸物區，粉麵檔，日式刺身區。。甜品區都好吸引，所有蛋糕都係細細件既咁就可以試多幾款，而且全部都好精緻，雪糕方面就係Haagen dazs既，仲可以配埋朱古力心太軟
