朋友昨天從韓國回來約我比手信我,我就順便約她食晚飯,這個哈韓族朋友,每個月都會飛一轉韓國,對韓國K-pop、韓星、文化、飲食等都非常講究,她建議到位於旺角T.O.P This is Our Place (前身旺角工業貿易署大樓)的柞木炭家食韓國燒肉,我就一於相信朋友的專業推介。柞木炭家的環境開揚,而且抽氣做得好好,就算每枱都食燒肉也做到無煙的感覺,真真正正做到舒舒服服食燒肉。餐點選擇有好多,有單點也有套餐,我們見套餐有1++韓牛兼且價錢唔貴,就一於叫了這個尊貴新年套餐食。坐下不久,店員就送上色彩繽紛的前菜,值得一提的是泡菜非常清甜爽脆,比一般的泡菜少了苦澀味,而且是原壺上枱的,唔夠還可以續添,認真一流好味,係我食過最好的泡菜。然後上枱的是套餐的九節板,是古代韓國宮廷料理的前菜。而在現代韓國社會中,九節坂成為韓國過年的菜餚。九節板包括放在中間味道濃厚的全羅南道韓牛、切得細緻及口感十足的蟹柳、紅蘿蔔、青瓜、醬汁冬菇、黃蘿蔔等。在韓國食到的九節板是配上薄餅皮的,這裏改良了是配上味道和口感更豐富的韓國紫菜米通,估唔到這比薄餅皮更配合。最期待當然是韓牛拼盤,包括1++韓牛牛梅花肉、1++韓牛牛胸

還不少得韓國帶子配濟州八爪魚韓國帶子新鮮,入口鮮嫩滑溜富彈性。濟州八爪魚好大隻,燒過後的八爪魚內裡仍然是好Juicy,爽口彈牙,鮮味十足,微微蘸上放在爐邊類似蝦醬的醬汁又是另一種食法。
