To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二訪「AGE Cuisine Express」，今次又試下D新出品先，估唔到依度會有風乾牛扒嘅菜式，今餐飯比較可惜嘅係餐廳職員落漏咗個甜品，到後來食飯嘅尾聲到咗，上咗是日甜品之後，追佢上埋另一個甜品，職員先後知後覺落漏咗單，但已經過咗Last Order時間，搞到最終食唔到我想食嘅甜品。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。Dry-aged 8oz燒美國Prime級牛扒伴雜菜及薯條（單點$298），五成熟，牛扒肉質軟腍、沒有筋位，色澤粉嫩，牛味濃厚，配以黑椒汁食用，味道惹味，雜菜包括有車厘茄、黃翠玉瓜、紅蘿蔔、翠玉瓜、豆苗，粗切薯條，即叫即炸，配以番茄醬食用，味道更佳。龍蝦濃湯（單點$84），口感Creamy，味道鹹鮮，鮮蝦肉質爽口，味道鮮甜，藍青口肉質飽滿。是日餐湯（跟餐$0），羅宋湯，好足料，內有番茄、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹、馬鈴薯，味道酸甜；芝麻餐包，表面鋪滿芝麻，口感鬆軟，食落好香口。是日甜品（跟餐$0），朱古力班尼斯，口感厚實，朱古力味道濃郁；自家製意式芝士餅，食落帶點微凍，口感層次分明，咖啡味道濃香，略嫌酒味欠奉，配料包括有藍莓、草莓、仙女絲棉花糖、餅乾碎、棉花糖、藍莓果醬、豆苗。餐茶（跟餐
