辛苦得來志在食!公司忙完個project,老闆請一班同事去一間新開張既火鍋店打邊爐慶功。首先黎個刺身拼盤,個拼盤重類繁多又夠新鮮,誠意推介象拔蚌、立魚、牡丹蝦!(老闆之後仲叫餐廳拎D 蝦頭去炸來食)打邊爐最緊要梗係個湯底啦!我一行十幾人,叫咗3個湯底︰黃金雞翅鍋、黑松露雜菌鍋同花甲海鮮海鍋,各有特色。但我最鍾意既都係花甲海鮮海鍋,湯底非常香甜,仲有淡淡酒味。呢個鍋D料又足,D花甲大大隻傳說中,最簡單既菜色最考功夫。絕對認同!個簡簡單單既牛丸係非常之咁好食,結實彈牙唔在講,牛丸係有好香濃既牛肉香味,睇得出餐廳係好用心製作既。另外要讚既就係佢既黑毛豬喇!我打邊爐通常都係食牛多,硬係覺得淥豬肉好似唔知點咁。但呢隻本地黑毛豬完全改變我既睇法。薄薄一片,肉味鮮甜,點少少豉油已經好惹味,好似食緊shabu shabu咁!仲有佢個黑毛豬雲吞,真係同傳統雲吞舖有得fight!雖然食到肚滿腸肥,但甜品係另一個胃既,我地試咗日本直送既原個生果雪葩做甜品。雪葩充滿果香味,酸酸甜甜咁,好醒胃,啱晒夏天消暑降溫! 亦為我地呢餐劃上完美句號!
